  • TAKE NOTE: Project name and the unit number

  • GO TO CHECKOUT and MAKE THE PAYMENT of the specific unit.
  • PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE UNIT NUMBER

STEP 3 (FILL UP ONLINE FORM)

  • FILL UP THE REGISTRATION FORM COMPLETELY
  • IMPORTANT TO USE THE BSP CODE
  • NAME THE NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION OF YOUR CHOICE (this is free)

STEP 4 (LEGAL DOCUMENTATION)

  • SALES ADMIN OF BAHAY SA PINAS WILL SEND COMMUNICATION
  • ALL LEGAL FORMS FOR SUBMISSION WITHIN 3 DAYS UPON RECEIPT
  • PRINT AND FILL UP COMPLETELY THE DETAILS REQUIRED

Step 1 Process (Unit Selection)

go to www.bspdeals.com

From the menu bar, select on STEP 1.

Step 1 sub-menu reveals current crazy deals being offered. Select a deal.

Browse through the image gallery

After browsing through the gallery proceed to STEP 2 CHECKOUT

Step 2 Checkout

On the main menu, click STEP 2

From the Main Menu, click on STEP 2 CHECKOUT

This section displays all current Crazy Deals offered. On the left side of the screen, select from the "All Products" menu to display specific property deals.



Take note of OUT OF STOCK units. Select by clicking from any of the available units based on your preference as displayed from the floor plans from STEP 1 Property Detail Gallery

This will take you to the STEP 2 CHECKOUT process

Check Out Process

This section displays the unit details and availability in RED text. Press "ADD TO CART".

Check out confirmation

Please write down the property or unit details, this is need later in the process.

Check out form

The first QUICK option is to click on the YELLOW PayPal button. OR, you can enter your details below and click CONTINUE.

Other payment options

This will display your billing/shipping information. Below it is the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FORM.
Enter your credit card details.

Please note that you can still opt to pay via

  • PayPal
  • Gift Card
  • Personal Check or via Zelle.

Final Process

Go to STEP 3 Fill Up Forms

From the menu bar, click STEP 3 FILL UP FORM.

After you have made your payment please take your time to fill in the Registration Form. Take note of the additional instructions highlighted in green. After clicking the SEND button, scroll below this form to fill in the DONATION FORM.

Please fill in this donation form. This is at NO COST to you. BSP will donate on your behalf to the following Non-Profit Organizations.
